The installer will automatically detect if you’re currently running a 32-bit or 64-bit version of Microsoft 365 or Office 2019 and it will match your OneNote installation to the correct version. I remember I had two version of OneNote at one point, which I believe is the App and Windows 10 version, but I assumed I uninstalled the App version.
